Iron rich breakfast with apple, orange, banana, beetroot, chia seeds, soy yogurt, cinnamon and lemon
1 ½ tsp chia seeds
Taste with cinnamon & lemon
Peel the fruit and rasp the beetroot. Mix the ingredients with a mixer till you have a smooth mass. Add some lemon and cinnamon to taste the mix. At the end add the chia seeds and mix with a spoon.
Get a glass and start making the layers. Begin with a layer of soy yogurt and then add some of the beetroot mix. Do this till the glass is full. Place in the fridge overnight and your iron rich breakfast is ready when you wake up.
