Oatmeal peanut butter breakfast

By Anne Leave a Comment

I’ll eat some breakfast, then change the world

Oatmeal with rice-coconut milk, dates, orange, peanut butter and cinnamon

Ingredients
50 g oatmeal
200 ml rice-coconut milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 dates
1 orange

Instructions
Cut the orange and dates in pieces and place on the side. Weigh the oatmeal and measure
the amount of rice-coconut milk, add to a pan and slowly heat. Before it’s ready add the peanut butter, half of the date pieces and cinnamon. When you have added all ingredients, give it a good stir.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and use the orange as topping together with the remaining dates. You can use various toppings of your
liking. Let me know which topping works best for you!
