Potato, a starchy plant tuber which is one of the most important food crops, cooked and eaten as a vegetable

Ingredients
(serves 2)
700 g potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Remove the skin from the potatoes and cut in thick slices. Place in a bowl and taste with salt & pepper and add some olive oil. Give it a good stir and place the fries on an oven tray. Bake them for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and finally 15 minutes at 210 degrees. Your fries are ready when nice and brown.
