Mango dip

By Anne Leave a Comment

How wonderful yellow is. It stands for the sun 💛

Mango dip with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon, curry, harissa, olive oil and salt

Ingredients
1 large mango
1 can chickpeas (400 gram)
1 ½ tbsp tahini
1 garlic clove
1 lemon
2 tsp curry
½ tsp harissa
2 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt

Instructions
Put the chickpeas (without the moist) in a bowl. Cut the mango and garlic in slices and add to the bowl. Slice a lemon in half and press over the chickpeas, mango and garlic. Add the tahini and olive oil. Finally add the curry, harissa and salt to give it a great flavor. Use the mixer to make a smooth dip.
