Fennel salad

By Anne Leave a Comment

Fennel, an aromatic yellow-flowered European plant of the parsley family, with feathery leaves.

Salad with fennel, dill, apple, pomegranate seeds, lemon, salt and olive oil

Ingredients (for 1 person)
50 g Fennel and some of the leaves
ΒΌ Apple
Handful of pomegranate seeds
Some dill
Salt
Squeeze of lemon
Olive oil

Instructions
Chop the fennel in fine thin slices. Save some of the small green leaves of the fennel. Use one quarter of an apple and cut in thin long slices as well. Add the fennel to a plate or bowl and sprinkle some pomegranate seeds, dill, fennel leaves and salt on top. Squeeze a bit of lemon, add some olive oil and give the salad a good stir. Enjoy your refreshing salad!
