Soy yogurt with fig & fruit

By Anne Leave a Comment

I love layers

Layer breakfast with soy yogurt, raspberries, blueberries, fig and chia seeds.

Ingredients
Soy Yogurt (unsweetened)
2 tbsp raspberries
2 tbsp blueberries
1 ½ fresh fig
2 tsp chia seeds

Instructions
Make slices of the fig and place against the side of the glass bowl. Mix two spoons of blueberries, three spoons of soy yogurt with some chia seeds and mix. Add this to the glass as the bottom layer. For the second layer mix two spoons of soy yogurt with chia seeds and add to the glass. Finish the top layer with mixing the raspberries, one spoon of soy yogurt and chia seeds. To get real pudding, let it stay in the fridge overnight to get a colorful start of the day.

Tip: in case you find the top layer too sour you can add dates to the mix to sweeten things up.
