Flax seed crackers

By Anne Leave a Comment

All the flowers of all the tomorrows are in the seeds of today 💚

Crackers with flax seed, banana, sunflower seed, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and salt

Ingredients
(for around 5/6 small crackers)
1 ripe banana
50 g flax seed
25 g sunflower seeds
25 g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Chop the banana in pieces and place in a bowl. Weigh the seeds and add them and the cinnamon to the bowl. Mix together till you have a solid mixture. Place the mixture on baking paper and smooth to a flat paste of 1 cm thick. Slice into strips or make nice shapes of your liking with a pastry cutter.

Bake them in the oven for around 20 minutes and you’re ready!

Do you prefer a bit of extra sweetness? Add some raisins or dates to the mix.
