Apple pie breakfast with raisins, almonds, cinnamon, plant-based yogurt and lemon juice
Ingredients
1 apple
1 handful of raisins
1 handful of almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
250 ml plant-based yogurt
Optional: pinch of lemon juice
Instructions
Place the yogurt in a bowl. Wash the apple and cut into small pieces. Add the apple, cinnamon, raisins and almonds to the yogurt and give it a good stir. Let it rest for a second and you can enjoy a healthy apple pie breakfast.
