Apple dessert with different types of apples, raisins, cinnamon, plant-based yogurt, almonds and lemon juice
Ingredients
3 different types of apples
Raisins
Cinnamon
Plant-based yoghurt
Almonds
Lemon juice

Instructions
Chop the apples across the length in circles and remove the core. Soak the pieces in the lemon juice to prevent them turning brown and place on the side. Add the plant-based yogurt, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl and mix.
To make the apple tower, place one piece on the bottom and add a bit of the yogurt mix. Do the same with the other slices till you reach the top. You don’t need to use all the pieces, mixing the various parts gives you the most colorful result. Sprinkle some crushed almonds, cinnamon and raisins on top and you have a delicious dessert or breakfast.
