Filled avocado with vegan whipped cream, mango, curry and paprika powder
Whipped cream (vegan)
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Whip the cream till solid and add a bit of mango and curry for the yellow colour. Add the whipped cream to an icing bag with a star nozzle and fill the avocado with the cream. It will look like a beautifully stuffed egg. Sprinkle a bit of paprika powder on top as a finishing touch and you have a great snack or appetizer for your visitors.
