Chocolate dipped apricots with nuts, pistachio and chocolate
Ingredients
Bar of gluten-free & vegan chocolate
1 hand of apricots
1 hand with a variety of nuts (walnut, almond etc.)
A few pistachio nuts
Instructions
Melt some chocolate (au bain-marie) and dip the apricots with nuts on top in the chocolate and finish the snack with shredded pistachio. Place the chocolate dipped apricots in the refrigerator till the chocolate is solid.
