Grape Candy

By Anne Leave a Comment

The best things in life are sweet ❤

Candy with grapes and agar agar

Ingredients
250 g of (red) grapes
2 tsp (4 g) agar agar

Instructions
Pick the grapes from the bunch and blend. Place a sieve on top of a pan and add the mix. In this way you separate the grape skin and seeds from the juice.
When ready add some agar agar to the juice. Boil slowly and keep stirring the mixture till the juice is thick. This takes up to ten minutes on low heat. Add the thick juice to a silicon mold and let it rest for around two hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated until eating, otherwise they will melt. If you prefer the candy to remain solid outside the fridge, you can use agaranta instead of agar agar. Enjoy your healthy sweets.
