Grape mousse

By Anne Leave a Comment

Everything is better in purple

Purple coloured breakfast with grapes, coconut yogurt, blackberries and banana

Ingredients
100 g grapes
125 ml coconut yogurt
3 blackberries
1 frozen banana

Instructions
Cut a banana in slices and put in the freezer for at least two hours (the longer, the better). In the meantime make grape juice by crushing the grapes. Use a sieve afterwards to separate the skin from the juice. Add the juice to the frozen banana, coconut yogurt and blackberries in a bowl. Mix till you get a smooth mousse. Eat directly after mixing for the best taste. If you would like to save it, place it in the freezer and you can eat it as frozen yogurt later on.
