Rainbow smoothie with strawberries, orange, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries/blackberries and plant-based milk
(for 2 smoothies)
One glass of plant-based milk around 200 ml (for example rice coconut)
One handful of blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and pineapple pieces
2 kiwi fruit
Remove the skin from the pineapple and dice. Then peel the kiwi and orange. Place the pineapple/kiwi/orange/blueberries/blackberries and strawberries in separate bowls. Add some almond milk to each bowl and mix.
To make your rainbow smoothie start with the purple layer and let it rest in the freezer for a few minutes. Repeat with the red, orange, yellow and green layers. When all layers are ready, you can enjoy your rainbow smoothie.
