Green sweetness bowl with kale, banana, mango, spinach plant-based yogurt, rice milk and fruit of your liking as topping
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
100 g mango
100 g spinach
1 handful of kale
100 g plant-based yogurt
100 ml rice milk
Topping
Fruit of your liking
Instructions
Freeze a banana the day before you would like to make the green breakfast bowl.
Weight and mix all the ingredients. Add some fresh fruits of your liking on top and start your day the green and healthy way.
