Healthy cookies

Coconut, the large oval brown seed of a tropical palm, consisting of a hard woody husk surrounded by fibre, lined with edible white flesh and containing a clear liquid

Healthy biscuits with bananas, dates, shredded coconut, chocolate chips and sesame seeds 

Ingredients
2 bananas
155 g dates
100 g shredded coconut
175 g dark chocolate chips
70 g sesame seeds

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 150˚C.
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz up until smooth.
Scoop a tablespoon full of the mix onto a lined baking tray and squash down to look like a biscuit.
Repeat until you have used all the mix up.
Pop in the oven for 45–50 minutes or until golden brown and dry to touch.
