Sweetness for breakfast with plant-based yogurt, chia seeds, strawberries, raspberries and dates
150 ml plant/based yogurt
2 tbsp chia seeds
100 g frozen strawberries
Handful of raspberries
Put the yogurt together with the chia seeds in a bowl, give it a good stir and place in the fridge overnight. Mix the dates with the strawberries till you have a smooth mass.
Create your own sweet breakfast by making layers with the yogurt and strawberries mousse. Hide the raspberries in the mousse and your breakfast is ready!
