Chocolate mousse with avocado, banana, cacao powder, dates and vanilla powder and optional almond milk
1 large (ripe) banana
2 ½ tbsp organic cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla powder
Mango & avocado as topping.
Optional add a splash of unsweetened almond milk
Chop the banana, avocado and dates into pieces and mix together with the cacao, vanilla powder and a splash of almond milk till you have a smooth chocolate mass. Place in a bowl and add topics of your liking. I vary all the time, so find your own magic combination and let me know what works best for you.
