Mousse with mango, banana, coconut milk, blackberries, lemon and chia seeds
50 ml coconut milk
Hand of blackberries
2 tsp chia seeds
Peel the mango and banana, cut into pieces and mix together with the coconut milk and lemon until it’s a smooth mousse. Stir the chia seeds through the mousse and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Use blackberries as topping and your yellow sunshine mousse is ready to be eaten.
