Parsnip chips

By Anne Leave a Comment

Salty but sweet

Chips with parsnip, olive oil and sea salt

Ingredients
2/3 parsnip
Olive oil
Sea salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Scrub the parsnips and cut into thin slices, make sure all pieces are the same size. You can do this with either a knife or a slicer.
Place the parsnip slices on baking paper and marinate with olive oil and salt. Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes till golden brown. The exact time can vary a bit depending on the thickness, so keep an eye on them while baking. When done let them rest for a few minutes. If preferred you can flavor the chips with some extra salt before eating. Enjoy your healthy parsnip chips.
