Parsnip fries

By Anne Leave a Comment

Fries. What else?

Parsnip fries with smoked paprika powder, turmeric, olive oil and salt

Ingredients
3 parsnips
Smoked paprika powder
Turmeric
Sea salt
Olive oil
Optional: guacamole as sauce

Instructions
Set the temperature of the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and cut the parsnip into thin slices and place them on the baking tray.

Season the parsnip with smoked paprika powder, turmeric and a drop of olive oil. Rub the spices into the slices with your hands, till everything has a beautiful color.

Place the fries in the oven for around half an hour till they are nice and crispy. When finished add some salt and serve with homemade guacamole and enjoy your fries!
