Pear salad

By Anne Leave a Comment

We make a great pear

Salad with pear, walnuts and homemade curry dressing

Ingredients
(serves 1)
1 pear (Conference)
25 g walnuts
Handful of field salad
Lemon juice

Dressing
25 ml coconut milk
⅛ tsp (0,5 ml) Dijon mustard
½ tsp Tahini
½ tsp olive oil
½ tsp curry powder
Pinch of lemon
Salt & pepper

Instructions
Start by preparing the dressing. Simply add all the ingredients to a small bowl and give it a good stir with a spoon.
For the salad cut the pear in half and remove the core and stalk from the base. Coat the pear with some lemon juice on the sides, before you grill. This will prevent it from burning. Place both halves of the pear in a grill pan for around 2 minutes on medium heat. When nicely grilled, put the pears on a plate and add the field salad, walnuts and top with the dressing.
