Sweet chicory with apple, almonds, raisins, lemon, cinnamon and a chocolate bar
Vegan and gluten-free chocolate bar
Melt a chocolate bar au bain-marie. In the meantime prepare the filling. Cut the apple and chop into pieces and place in a bowl. Crush the almonds and add to the bowl with the raisins, a pinch of lemon and some cinnamon and give a good stir.
When the chocolate has melted, remove the leaves of the chicory and dip the top ends into the chocolate. Let it rest in the fridge. When the chocolate is solid, add the mix to the chicory boats and you’re ready to set sail.
Tip: I chose a combination of apple, raisins and almonds, but mango or other fruits will taste delicious as well.
*I haven’t mentioned specific quantities for this recipe. Depending on your needs, you can decide how much of the ingredients you are going to use.
