Sweet little cake with dates, nuts coconut and strawberries
50 g dates
75 g almonds
25 g shredded coconut
½ tsp coconut oil
Small bowl of coconut yogurt
Mix the dates, almonds, shredded coconut and coconut oil with a mixer till you have a solid paste. Make three quantities of the mixture, one small, one medium and one large. Let them rest for a while in the fridge.
Use plant-based yogurt to decorate. You can create colored layers by adding various fruits. I have added some strawberries to create a pink layer.
Place the round shapes on top of each other and apply the (colored) yogurt to the sides. Now you’re ready to get married 😉
