Plant-based yogurt with blueberries, blackberries and almonds
250 plant-based yogurt (soy or coconut)
1 handful blueberries
1 handful blackberries
½ tsp coconut oil
Toast the almonds quickly in some coconut oil. Put the yogurt in a bowl, add the berries, almonds and shredded coconut and your breakfast is ready.
