Healthy chocolate mousse with banana, cacao, dates, rice coconut milk, silken tofu, blueberries and cacao nibs
4½ table spoon cacao
75 ml rice coconut milk
300 g silken tofu
Blueberries and cacao nibs as topping
This is what you call a heavenly chocolate mousse but like most of my recipes it’s so easy to prepare! Put all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs and blueberries, into a bowl and mix till smooth. Add the blueberries and cacao nibs on top, or choose another topping of your liking.
Tip: if you use a frozen banana, you will get a chocolate ice cream structure. Both varieties are so delicious and it depends on my mood which one I pick 😉
