Protein snack with apricots, dates, almonds, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs
75 g apricots
75 g dates
50 g almonds
25 g of shredded coconut
25 g pumpkin seeds
25 g cacao nibs
Cut the dates and apricots into small pieces. Place together with the almonds and shredded coconut in a bowl and mix well. Add the pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs and mix with a spoon.
Put the contents of the bowl on baking paper. Make a flat pancake that’s around ½ centimeter thick and create shapes of your liking. With the left over pieces, you can make small balls. Now you have created the perfect snack for a small craving.
