Peanut butter ice cream

Life is like an ice cream. Enjoy it before it melts.

Ice cream with crunchy peanut butter, banana, dates, coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla powder and cacao nibs

Ingredients
(serves 2)
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 frozen bananas (peeled and in pieces)
3 medjool dates
ΒΌ tsp cinnamon
25 ml coconut milk
Pinch of vanilla powder
Optional: cacao nibs

Instructions
Remove the bananas from the freezer and place in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix with a mixer till smooth. Serve with cacao nibs or another topping of your liking.
