Unicorn breakfast with plant-based yogurt, strawberries, blackberries and mango
1 bowl of plant-based yogurt (soy or coconut)
1 handful of strawberries
1 handful of blackberries
For each layer you use two spoonfuls of yogurt. Use separate bowls to prepare the colored layers.
To get a purple layer add four blackberries, for a pink layer add four strawberries and for a yellow layer add a spoon of mango pieces to the yogurt. You can create extra layers by following the previous steps. In this way you can make as many layers as you want.
You can either make perfectly straight layers or you can choose to make a real unicorn mix like I did. Enjoy your happy start of the day!
