By Anne Leave a Comment

Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere

Fusilli with olives, tomatoes, onion, pine nuts, red onion, basil, olive oil and homemade tomato sauce

Ingredients
75-100 g gluten free pasta (corn, chickpeas etc.)
2 tbsp of olives
1 ½ handful of tomatoes
1 ½ tbsp pine nuts
¼ red onion
Handful of basil
Olive oil
3 tbsp homemade tomato sauce (own recipe)

Instructions
For the sauce put half a can of chopped tomatoes, 250 grams of passata and Italian herbs in a bowl. Cut 2 cloves of garlic, ½ red onion and a small carrot and add to the bowl. Mix with a mixer till you have a smooth sauce. This sauce can be used for various dishes.

Boil the pasta and in the meantime chop the olives, tomato and onion. Also quickly toast the pine nuts and briefly heat the tomato sauce.

Drain the pasta and mix with the tomato sauce, olives, tomatoes and onion. Decorate with basil and you are ready to go.
