Filled pear with chocolate mousse, cacao nibs and shredded coconut
4 large pears
Chocolate mousse (find the recipe over here)
Prepare the silken mousse and place in the fridge. Cut the pears and remove the core. Fill the pears with the chocolate mousse and add toppings of your liking. In this case I have used raspberries and shredded coconut, but you can vary with any topping you like.
