A bar of vegan and gluten-free chocolate
This is such an easy recipe and a perfect snack or treat when you are running out of time. The amount of dates and nuts depends on your silicon mold. I used a silicon mold to make 12 mini chocolate cakes, but choose the option that suits you the best.
Start with removing the core from the dates by making an incision across the length of the date.
Place in every date a brazil nut en place them in the silicon molds. Melt the vegan chocolate bar au bain-marie and pour the chocolate in the molds. Place the molds in the refrigerator till the chocolate is solid or in case you can’t wait fast track the process by using the freezer.
Tip: instead of using brazil nuts, use almonds or hazelnuts or whatever surprise you would like to discover inside your secret chocolate cakes.
