Mousse with mango and red currant
Ingredients
125 g (frozen) mango
Handful of red currants
Instructions
Mix the mango till smooth. Put the red currents in a glass and pour the mango mousse on top. Your sweet adventure starts here 😉
Tip: as variation you can mix the mango with some coconut yogurt and a splash of lemon juice.
