Marinated chestnut mushrooms with onion, garlic tamari, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper
Ingredients
300 g chestnut mushroom
½ red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Parsley
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the mushrooms in an oven dish. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and add to the oven dish as well.
Make the marinade by putting the olive oil, tamari, balsamic and salt & pepper into a bowl and give it a good stir. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and mix with your hands. Place in the oven for around 20 minutes. Briefly mix the mushroom at half time in order to get them all nice and brown. When finished add to a plate and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
