Salad with tomato, onion, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper
Ingredients
250 g tomatoes
½ red onion
Handful of basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Chop the tomatoes in half and place in a bowl. Cut the onion in half and make thin slices. Add to the bowl with a handful of basil leaves. Sprinkle some olive oil over the salad and season with fine ground salt and pepper. Enjoy this refreshing salad with for example a nice pasta as main course.
