Salad with orange, avocado, red pepper, coriander leaves, olive oil, salt & pepper
¼ mild red pepper
some coriander leaves
Salt & Pepper
First prepare all the ingredients and peel the orange. You can choose to make either rounds or chop it into blocks. Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone, than cut the interior in both directions to create small cubes. Finally chop ¼ red pepper in small pieces.
Place all the ingredients on a plate and top with coriander leaves, olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy your refreshing healthy salad.
