Pesto with basil, pine nuts, olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast
30 g basil leaves (1 plant)
2 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of fine ground sea salt
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Optional: ½ garlic glove and some lemon juice
Briefly toast the pine nuts and add together with the basil, olive oil, salt and nutritional yeast in a kitchen machine. Mix quickly and you have a great basic pesto.
