Salad with broccoli, pineapple, pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and place in a bowl. Boil water in a pan for the broccoli. In the meantime chop the broccoli. When the water boils add the broccoli for 3-5 minutes. While boiling cut the pineapple and place in a bowl on the side. Crunch the pistachio nuts and add in a small bowl as well.
When the broccoli is ready, drain the water. Place the pineapple and broccoli on a plate and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and crunched pistachio nuts on top. Enjoy!
