Field salad with pear, paprika, walnuts, cherry tomatoes and olive oil
Ingredients (for 1 person)
Three full hands of field salad
½ Yellow paprika
Handful of walnuts
Handful of cherry tomatoes
Salt, pepper & olive oil
Place the field salad on a plate, toast the walnuts on low heat in a pan and add a bit of honey to caramelize them.
In the meantime cut a pear in half and make small slices. Chop the tomatoes in four and make small blocks of the paprika. Place the ingredients on top of the field lettuce. Finally add the caramelized walnuts and some salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
