Healthy vegan chocolate milk with banana, avocado, almond paste, cacao powder, date, cinnamon, almond milk, vanilla powder and cloves
Ingredients
1 banana
½ avocado
1 full tbsp. almond paste
1 ½ tbsp. cacao powder
1 large medjool date
½ tsp. cinnamon
225 ml almond milk (if you like a thinner chocolate milk, add some more)
a pinch of vanilla powder and cloves
Topping (optional)
Shredded coconut
Cacao nibs
Instructions
Peel an avocado and banana and cut in pieces. Mix the avocado and banana with the other ingredients until it’s smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy your healthy chocolate drink (serve cold).
Tip: sprinkle some cacao nibs and shredded coconut on top
